The Liquified Petroleum Gas Act, or "Gas Business Act" (varies according to the supply method),
requests gas suppliers to carry out periodical inspections
once every few years to gas supply facilities at the customers' place.
The gas supply may be suspended by the law if an inspection is not completed within the due date.
The inspection is free of charge. We recommend you have a periodical inspection for your safety.
The Toell staff shall call you to make the appointment for the inspection by asking your convenient date.
Each of our staff carries an ID card with their photo on it. As inspections on indoor gas facilities are mandated, your attendance is required.
Safety inspections, confirmation of expiration dates, and gas leakage checks are carried out.
While the inspection is free of charge, we may suggest replacing some of your gas appliances when they are regarded as hazardous in usage. (Please understand that our male staff may carry out inspections within your house.)
