As March and September are the busiest seasons for moving,
kindly notify us as soon as possible as to not to cause inconvenience.

Information required for application

  • Your address
  • Apartment name
  • Your name
  • Your available phone number on the day of the appointment
    (Please understand that we may be not able to accommodate appointments at the exact time of your request)

What you need

  • Your signet
  • A deposit fee of ¥10,000 for some apartments or rental housing
  • A document to confirm your account number if you would like to pay through automatic bank transfer

Starting day

Your presence is requested by the legislation.
Each of our staff carries an ID card with their photo on.
After opening the gas valve, legislative safety inspections for gas supply facilities are carried out, including supply pipes outside of the house and gas consumption facilities such as stove burners.
(Please understand that our male staff may carry out inspections within your house.)

Documents

  • Your signet or signature is requested on the gas supply contract.
  • A pro forma receipt is issued in case a deposit is necessary, for which authorized receipt shall be mailed within two weeks.
  • Automatic bank transfer application, if necessary.

Toell also provides such services as home delivery of drinking water bottles and household services such as air conditioner cleaning.

Stopping Service


Please contact us ASAP when your moving date is set.

    Procedures will go smoother if you could provide us with your 10 digit customer code, shown on the upper side of the meter inspection receipt beneath your name.

  • Moving date
  • The address you are moving to, if applicable.

What you need

  • The receipt in case you have made a deposit.
    On refunding the deposit amount, your signet or signature is requested.

Account adjustments

In case you are unable to attend the stopping day, we can adjust your account the day before.
Meter inspection, account settling, and refunding the deposit shall be carried out. In refunding the deposit, your acknowledgment is requested via signing/signet. Please pay in cash.

Closing the gas valve

The Toell staff will close the gas valve from outside of the house. This can be done at the same time as the account adjustment.
