Gas Emergency

No Hot Water Flow from the Boiler

If hot water does not come out of the water heater, please check the following points.

  • Tap water flow

In case there is no water flow, please check water outage, water pipe freeze-up, and the main valve of water. If you found no problem with all of the above, the pipe may be leaking. Please contact the Waterworks Bureau or a repair company.

  • If other gas appliances, except the boiler, are on

If all gas appliances are not working either, the gas supply may shut down. Please refer to the “No Gas Flow” section and check your gas meter.

  • Besides the above

    - The remote control of the water heater is not turned on
    - Temperature setting of the remote control of the water heater is too low
    - Please check if there is any error sign on the display.
    - Excessive use of hot water (In case you have an electric boiler without reheating function.)
    - The inside of the boiler is wet
(Due to typhoons and concentrated downpours, the inside of the boiler may be wet. Please try again after it dries up.)

Controller chips may have program errors. Please unplug the boiler, wait for 2-3 minutes, and plug it in again. The boiler may restart.
    * Do not unplug when you smell gas.
    * Do not unplug when it is raining or your hands are wet.
    * Please note that the remote control setting items are initialized.

If the boiler does not operate unless you tried all of the above, please contact us.
